On Sunday 17 September 2023, the City of Luxembourg (Ville de Luxembourg - VdL) and Radio ARA are organising a community event called "Come Together" at Schluechthaus in Luxembourg-Hollerich; the event is taking place from 11:00 to 17:00.
This event aims to facilitate the involvement of citizens in society in Luxembourg. Throughout the day, about 30 clubs and associations in the field of sport, culture or those pursuing a social vocation will be present on the site of the former slaughterhouse for a day of entertainment and discoveries.
The event is part of a larger programme of enhancement and pre-works revitalisation of the Schluechthaus with the objective of implementing - during a test phase - the ideas and wishes collected within the framework of citizen participation on the use future of the site. Before the start of the works, many one-off events will take place on the Schluechthaus site.
