ONE Group Solutions Appoints Ilias Georgopoulos as Senior Adviser

On Thursday 10 September 2026, ONE group solutions, the specialist provider of management company and alternative investment fund manager (ManCo/AIFM), consultancy, governance and support services, announced the appointment of Ilias Georgopoulos as Senior Adviser for Strategic Initiatives and Directorships.

According to the company, Ilias Georgopoulos will be based in Luxembourg and work closely with ONE’s leadership team on strategic initiatives across the Group, with a particular focus on growth opportunities, client relationships, new service development and board directorships. ONE noted that the appointment further strengthens its senior expertise as the Group continues to expand its offering and international presence.

Ilias Georgopoulos brings more than 30 years of international financial services experience across asset servicing, fund management, international governance and business development, including senior leadership responsibilities across the United States (US), Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia-Pacific.

Most recently, he has undertaken board directorships and advised financial services firms on strategic development, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), governance and commercial initiatives. Prior to this, he held senior executive positions at IQ-EQ as Global Head of the Asset Owners segment; Credit Suisse as CEO of CS MultiConcept; Alter Domus as Global Head of Relationship Management; and RBC Investor Services as a member of the Executive Committee, having started his career at State Street.

Throughout his career, he has led local and international businesses and teams, developed client strategies and driven growth initiatives. He also brings extensive board and governance experience across management companies, AIFMs, funds and investment structures and has contributed to the development of the fund and financial services industry through various industry initiatives. He previously served on the Board of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI).
