On 19 June 2019, Goodyear Luxembourg signed a collective agreement with the LCGB and the OGBL trade unions for the years 2019-2021.
Following several months of negotiations, the negotiating group for the Collective Agreement of Work at Goodyear Luxembourg has signed an agreement for the years 2019, 2020 and 2021 with the LCGB and the OGBL.
According to the trade unions, this agreement both preserves the competitiveness of the company and brings an improvement of employee's salary measures with a general increase over three years, as well as a package for individual increases with the revalued merit.
It also contains provisions for the modernisation of working conditions through greater flexibility for employees as well as for the employer, the opening of solutions such as teleworking and an improved career management proposal using the review of job levels and salary scales.
