Luxembourg's Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs has issued a travel warning for Lebanon amid escalating conflict in the Middle East.
Given the risks of escalating conflict in the region, the Luxembourg Government has strongly advised against travelling to Lebanon and recommended postponing any non-essential travel to southern Lebanon. "The security situation could deteriorate at any time," warned the Foreign Ministry in a statement.
The ministry also advised individuals in Lebanon to stay away from gatherings, stay informed and follow the instructions of local authorities.
Moreover, the Luxembourg Government continues to advise nationals against travelling to Israel and the Palestinian Territories.
