During its meeting on 8 July 2016, the LuxairGroup Board of Directors co-opted Françoise Thoma, CEO of the Banque et Caisse d’Epargne de l’Etat, as a new member of the Board.

On the proposal of the President, Paul Helminger, Françoise Thoma was nominated as Vice-President of the Board of Directors, in succession to Jean-Claude Finck.

On behalf of the Board members, Paul Helminger thanked Mr Jean-Claude Finck for his positive contribution and good co-operation during the past twelve years.
