On Monday, Luxembourg's Mandy Minella lost her first round match in the Ladies Singles at Wimbledon.
In her match against Francesca Schiavone of Italy, the 31 year-old ranked #82 won just one game in each set, losing 6-1, 6-1. However, she does have another match as she is paired to play with Anastasija Sevastova in the Ladies Doubles against Ipek Soylu and Varatchaya Wongteanchai, in a first round tie.
Mandy Minella disclosed in a post-match press conference that she is four and a half months pregnant; recently Serena Williams revealed that she appeared at a Grand Slam tournament while pregnant - the Australian Open. She married her coach Tim Sommer in 2014.
