The Luxembourg Institute of Regulation (ILR) has issued a statement concerning the judgment of the appeal against the regulation 15/190/ILR by Join Experience SA.
The Administrative Court in Luxembourg has dismissed the action by Join Experience SA against the regulation which designated Join Experience as a high-speed operator in the market for voice call termination on individual mobile networks. Join Experience had asked to be treated differently from other mobile operators in its capacity as MVNO ("mobile virtual network operator").
The directive also stipulates a tariff ceiling of €0.97 / minute for the provision of mobile termination; In this case, the appeal for for annulment has previously led Tango and Orange to also rally against the regulation.
