On Tuesday 7 October 2025, the Luxembourg Inland Revenue (Administration des contributions directes - ACD) announced that all taxpayers who have not yet submitted their tax returns will receive a reminder letter as well as a flyer inviting them to visit the information points of the ACD.

The letters and flyer are part of the ACD’s “123easy” awareness campaign and promote their “ACD on Tour: We Answer Your Questions” roadshow, which will visit five shopping centres across the Grand Duchy between Tuesday 14 October and Friday 21 November, beginning at the Shopping Centre Massen in Weiswampach and concluding at the Belle Étoile Shopping Centre in Bertrange.

The roadshow aims to present the ACD’s electronic assistant, in a bid to encourage taxpayers to submit their tax returns online via the assistant on MyGuichet.lu. It will also introduce three new services: the helpline of the electronic assistant at the ACD Contact Centre; the electronic assistant on MyGuichet.lu in English; and the tutorial of the assistant in Luxembourgish. The roadshow will also present the simplified pre-filled tax return and highlight job vacancies at the ACD.

The dates and locations for the roadshow are:

• Tuesday 14 October: Weiswampach – Shopping Centre Massen, from 12:00 to 18:00

• Wednesday 15 October: Mertert – Copal Mertert-Wasserbillig, from 12:00 to 18:00

• Thursday 16 October: Esch-Belval – Plaza Shopping Centre, from 12:00 to 18:00

• Tuesday 28 to Thursday 30 October: Luxembourg City – Cloche d’Or Shopping Centre, from 12:00 to 18:00

• Wednesday 19 to Friday 21 November: Bertrange – Belle Étoile Shopping Centre, from 12:00 to 18:00

The ACD described the Helpline for the Electronic Assistant as “a simple phone call” which “can solve everything”. According to the ACD, the Contact Centre will have a dedicated Helpline exclusively for questions concerning the completion of tax returns (Form 100) via the electronic assistant on MyGuichet.lu.

The ACD emphasised that the number is strictly reserved for support and guidance for taxpayers using the electronic assistant. The telephone support service is available Monday to Friday, from 07:45 to 17:00 and can be reached at: 247 53 000.

For any fiscal questions, the ACD invites users to utilise the contact form available on the website www.acd.lu

The ACD noted that it does not act as an independent tax adviser.
