Several hundred dogs and their owners flocked to Aqua Park Beaufort in eastern Luxembourg for the third edition of the swimming pool's dog swim day on Sunday 4 September 2022.
Divided into three sessions throughout the day, this increasingly popular event brought together dogs of all ages and breeds and their owners for one giant dog pool party on an unusually warm early-September day. Canines and humans alike swam, trained and played in the outdoor pool area. Dogs could also play with one another in the free-range area or laze in the grassy area with their owners. Various stands dedicated to dog photography and wellness, as well as food stands were also present.
The organisers confirmed to Chronicle.lu that they had sold a total of 375 dog tickets and 631 human tickets for this year's sold-out event, which marks the end of the pool season.
