On Wednesday 4 December 2024, Deloitte Luxembourg announced the release of its 6th Impact Report, centred around business, governance, environmental and social pillars.
The firm also announced the appointment of Oriane Schoonbroodt as a new Partner within Audit & Assurance, aimed at enhancing its Sustainability & Emerging Assurance practice.
According to Deloitte, the report marks "another year of sustainable growth, transformative initiatives, and a solid commitment to making a positive difference".

The firm reported that an inclusive culture is fundamental to its success. The average employee age is 33 years and 46% of its 2,700-strong workforce, representing 68 different nationalities, are women. Training and education also feature among the firm's sustainability goals, with each employee receiving an average of 62 hours of training in 2024.
The firm emphasised the integration of advanced technologies. "Deloitte's distinctive multidisciplinary model, enhanced by cutting-edge technology, has been crucial in securing this year's outstanding growth. With balanced practices and advanced tools, the firm is well-equipped to navigate change confidently, delivering quality advice in complex environments," added Mr Psaila.
Deloitte reported solid growth across various sectors, including banking, investment management, institutional markets, and tax. The firm also mentioned commitment to a sustainable future as a cornerstone of its policy.
Deloitte added that the report not only reflects the firm's annual performance but also reaffirms its commitment to consistent and durable growth. In the past year, Deloitte Luxembourg has achieved financial milestones such as a 12% growth in net service revenues and surpassing the half a billion euros mark with €508 million in gross revenues.
