- The Man who Knew Infinity (drama, 108 mins, 6+, in English), directed by Matt Brown and starring Dev Patel, Jeremy Irons, Malcolm Sinclair, at Ciné Utopia from Wednesday 18 August.
Synopsis: The story of the life and academic career of the pioneer Indian mathematician, Srinivasa Ramanujan, and his friendship with his mentor, Professor G.H. Hardy.
- Star Trek Beyond (sci-fi adventure, 123 mins, 12+, in English), directed by Justin Lin and starring Zoe Saldana, Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, at Utopolis-Kirchberg and Utopolis-Belval from Wednesday 18 August.
Synopsis: Day 966 in the USS Enterprise's five year mission takes them into new uncharted territory. There, the Enterprise is nearly destroyed and strands Kirk and his crew on a remote planet with no means of communication. Kirk must then work with the elements to reunite his crew and get back to save the Starbase Yorktown.
- Nine Lives (comedy drama, 87 mins, children admitted, in English), directed by Barry Sonnenfeld and starring Kevin Spacey, Christopher Walken, Jennifer Garner, at Utopolis-Kirchberg from Wednesday 18 August.
Synopsis: A stuffy businessman finds himself trapped inside the body of his family's cat.
- Lights Out (horror, 81 mins, 16+, in English), directed by David F. Sandberg and starring Billy Burke, Maria Bello, Teresa Palmer, at Utopolis-Kirchberg and Utopolis-Belval from Wednesday 18 August.
