POST Luxembourg has announced that it is issuing six new special stamps on Tuesday 10 September 2024.
These include stamps in honour of the upcoming visit of Pope Francis to Luxembourg, the 25th anniversary of the death of Dr Marie-Paule Molitor-Peffer, the 25th anniversary of the National Research Fund (FNR), the 150th anniversary of the Universal Postal Union, Sepac "Attractions touristiques" (Pfaffenthal) and Stamp Day 2024.
Dedicated exclusively to this new stamp issue, the "PhilatéLux" publication of September 2024 lists the different stamps and provides information on their respective characteristics and motifs.
The new special stamps are available from 10 September via the POST Philately online shop: www.postphilately.lu, at the philatelic counter in Cloche d'Or (13 Rue Robert Stumper) and in all POST Espaces and post offices.
