The Shopping Centre Cloche d'Or has announced it is co-organising the first edition of the Eat Good Festival with Grosbusch and Auchan Retail Luxembourg; an event running from Monday 26 June to Saturday 1 July 2023 at the shopping centre in Luxembourg-Gasperich.

The aim of the festival is to help visitors (especially young children) discover healthy and local ingredients. For one week, a large-scale educational trail will be set up in the Golden Square to illustrate the “field-to-market” concept.

During a school visit, a lunch break or just a visit to the shopping centre, visitors can learn about the reflexes to adopt to aim for a healthier, more responsible alimentation. Like a country market where one can meet producers, taste products and learn recipes, people of all ages can stroll around to discover thematic corners while enjoying the planned activities. There will be two “Lët'z Smoothie” bicycles on display on which visitors can pedal to make their own drink, a miniature Grosbusch lorry for children coming to learn more about fruits and vegetables; culinary workshops in partnership with Bubblies and Pokawa as well as tastings will allow visitors to stock up on healthy and flavoursome recipes.

The visit will also be an opportunity to find out about seasonal fruits and vegetables and to meet producers from the Greater Region: Marc Jacobs, Erdbeerland (strawberry land), François Wijne, Cabane à jus (juice cabin), Peter Jost and Fairtrade Luxembourg. Their production can be found on site, on the shelves of Auchan Cloche d'Or.

Visitors will be able to leave with a souvenir photo taken using the "Glam 360° Video Booth" photo terminal or try to win one of the many prizes at stake by participating in the contest organised in the Golden Square: vouchers, goodies and vouchers to spend at Grosbusch and Auchan Cloche d'Or partners as well as at the various stores in the centre.
