Inowai, the real estate group in Luxembourg, has announced that this Saturday 27 July 2019, Action will open a new point of sale at the Borders Shopping Centre in Schengen.
The brand, already present in the Grand Duchy in Mersch, Esch-Belval, Marnach, Strassen, Beggen and Echternach, celebrates its seventh store opening with the Schengen store to have a surface of more than 1,000 m².
The Borders Shopping Centre, located between Remerschen and Schengen, opened its doors to the general public in September 2017 and was initially built around a high-quality food business. This type of offer was lacking in the region. With an area of 7,300 m², it already hosts the following brands: Delhaize supermarket, Kiosk, Benetton milliner, Elch bar, Paul bakery, Milady perfumery, ACUITIS optician, Beim Figaro hairdresser, Emile Weber tour operator, Florathéik florist, and a BIL bank ATM.
Borders regularly organises activities. Currently, various La Provencal stalls are located in the gallery to give a little southern air during this holiday period.
Borders was built with the idea of enjoying a location at the three borders area between Luxembourg, France and Germany. This region, in addition to its catchment area nearby, is a transit area and a shopping and tourist destination for cross-border commuters.
The group Iko Real Estate owns the Shopping Centre. The technical and marketing management of the centre is operated by Inowai.
