The Cloche d'Or Shopping Centre in Gasperich is due to open in May 2019.

It will offer a modern, animated and cosmopolitan shopping experience with 140 international brands, including more than 30% new openings in Luxembourg and the Greater Region, also a World Foodhall of 20 unique food concepts.

The brainchild of a partnership between Promobe and Ceetrus, it comprises 250 luxury apartments with panoramic views over Luxembourg, overlooking the Cloche d’Or new-generation shopping centre. A much-awaited world-class development for Luxembourg, this extraordinary 75,000m2 shopping destination will house brands selected for their image and concept quality, a 4,000m2 World Foodhall and the very best in tailored services that Luxembourg has ever seen.

Based on the principle of functional diversity, the development consists of everything a town needs: a school - Vauban French secondary school- a series of tertiary buildings notably housing the headquarters of companies such as Deloitte, PwC and Alter Domus, an emergency response and training centre, luxury residential blocks and, in the future, a 14-hectare landscaped park, the largest in the city. The district is set to be home to 45,000 ‘residents’ by 2035.

New Stores
- & Other Stories, part of the H&M group, will be throwing the doors of its very first branch in Luxembourg wide open with a 840m2 flagship store selling collections built around inspiring fashion stories and created in their workshops in Paris, Stockholm and Los Angeles. & Other Stories is particularly attentive to quality and offers everything a woman needs to create her own style and her own story.
- Swedish concept store Arket will count Cloche d’Or among the first 20 stores it will have opened around the world, its aim being to bring quality to a wider audience through its sustainable and accessible home and fashion ranges designed to be used and loved for a long time.
- Following the recent opening of its Galeries Lafayette Haussmann branch, Paris Studio’s Alexandre concept will also be opening at Cloche d’Or. The brand, which describes itself not as a hairstylist but rather as a ‘creator of French-style luxury’, is built on a great history of haut coiffure.
- Following its recent opening in Paris’s Marais district, Swedish denim brand Weekday has chosen Cloche d’Or as the new home of its fashion concept influenced by youth culture and street style, its aim being to promote self-confidence and selfexpression and provide inspiration through a dynamic combination of creativity and cultural understanding.
- Finsbury is the market-leading luxury male Goodyear-stitched shoe brand, known for manufacturing shoes that are both trendy and comfortable using traditional methods and fine materials renowned for their quality.

Foodhall

The foodhall will be the first of its kind in Luxembourg, giving visitors the opportunity to sample the ‘very French hamburgés’ for which Big Fernand is renowned, the famous Factory & Co. cheesecakes and even the exquisite meat dishes served at Beef House, not to mention the range of Iberian ham and pata negra on offer in the beautiful surroundings of Bellota Bellota.

This unique dining and tasting experience  will span 4,000m², boasting over 20 restaurant and kiosk concepts and offering spectacular views across the city.

Residential

The two residential towers above the shopping centre incorporate 250 fully modular apartments over an area of 25,000m2. This prestigious new address will have all the advantages of comfort, accessibility and innovation. Residents will enjoy private ‘smart parking’ and a wellness & fitness area complete with indoor pool, sauna and spa, and each apartment will be equipped with a latest-generation ‘DOVIT’ home automation system that brings together control of all devices in a single interface with remote control.
