Cactus has announced the launch of a new product, smoked salmon marinated in gin.
Marinated in TwinGin, Cactus exclusively uses only Norwegian salmon as it absorbs less salt and smoke therefore creating a perfect flavour combination for the gin marination. Cactus carefully selected the TwinGIN product from the artisanal distillery Muller-Lemmer in Contern.
The TwinGin product is made up of 17 ingredients including juniper, orange, lemon and lime and combines perfectly with the herbs and citrus flavour of the smoked norvegian salmon.
This new product is available in all Cactus supermarkets as well as in certain Cactus marches.
