On Friday 6 November 2015, 510 adults and 168 children took part in La Belle Étoile's traditional Fakellaf race.
Despite the drizzle, the record number of participants were in good spirits as they embarked on the race. The results were as follows:
Men:

3. Christian THIELEN (16'19")
Women:
1. Nathalie DA PONTE (18'27")
2. Saskia DAGUENET (18'51")
3. Isabelle HOFFMANN (19")
1st prize winner received a Freelander's Sports voucher worth €200, 2nd prize was a gift card for la Belle Étoile worth €120 and 3rd prize involved a Belle Étoile gift card valid for €60.
