Rugby Club Luxembourg (RCL), together with the Luxembourg Rugby Federation (Fédération luxembourgeoise de rugby - FLR) and Touch Luxembourg, will run its second Rugby/Touch Ladies' Day on Sunday 14 May 2023 at Stade Boy Konen in Cessange, from 10:00 to 13:00.

More than 50 girls and women (aged six to 54) took part in the first edition in March 2023, during which they learned about Touch and Contact rugby.

Building on this success, a second Ladies' Day aims to show girls and women (from the age of eight) "the beauty, simplicity and joy" of these two sports.

Entry is free and no prior experience is required. No specialist equipment is needed- just a pair of trainers/running shoes and "a desire for fun".

According to the organisers, attendees will have the opportunity to learn the key skills of Touch and Contact rugby through fun activities, play some Touch rugby games (and Contact, if desired) and meet and engage with senior Touch and Contact rugby players from Luxembourg, including members of the Luxembourg women's national rugby team.

Those wishing to attend should register via email (including the player's name and age in the message): info@rcl.lu.
