The Rock Against Cancer team has revealed more information regarding this year’s event on 29 March 2016 at Rockhal in Esch-Belval.
As previous years has focused on Rock the organisers have decided to change tune, so during this fourth edition of Rock Against Cancer, the theme will be the 80s.
That the main band on stage is going to be Midge Ure has been known for almost a month but the organisers of this charity concert, the Fondation Cancer and Foundatioun Kriibskrank Kanner, have finally announced the back-up band and DJ. The second band on stage will be none other than Luxembourg’s own The Noisemakers. The eleven artists that make up the band will perform all the popular sons of the 80s whether it be pop, rock or new wave. The Dj has been revealed as DJ Deniz Labong.
