At the invitation of the Minister-President of Rhineland-Palatinate, Malu Dreyer, and the President of the Regional Parliament Hendrik Hering, the Minister for Foreign and European Affairs of Luxembourg, Jean Asselborn, will visit Mainz on Thursday 18 May 2017, to take part in the celebrations of the 70th anniversary of the regional constitution of the Land Rhineland-Palatinate.
Minister Asselborn will deliver the keynote address, in which he will discuss in particular the links between the Grand Duchy and the Federal Republic of Germany, with particular emphasis on the historical links with Rhineland-Palatinate,
