The Minister of Cooperation and Humanitarian Action, Romain Schneider is heading to Central America next week for the first bilateral dialogue commission in El Salvador, following up on the 2015 Indicative Cooperation Programme, and the 12th Partnership Commission between Luxembourg and Nicaragua in Nicaragua. This will be an opportunity to report on the progress of the implementation of the 3rd Indicative Cooperation Programme (2015-2017) and to initiate discussions on the future relations between the Luxembourg Cooperation and Nicaragua.
