On Wednesday 15 June 2016, Minister in the Greater Region, Corinne Cahen, received Moselle prefect, Emmanuel Berthier, for an exchange of views on cross-border cooperation.
Discussions focused on bilateral issues addressed in the context of the Franco-Luxembourg intergovernmental commission for strengthening cross-border cooperation, such as nuclear safety (Cattenom), education, transport (railways) and the A3/A31 motorway, as well as the forthcoming signing of the health agreement.
The agenda also included structural changes after the territorial reform in France and the future Luxembourg Presidency of the Summit of the Greater Region (2017-2018).
