On 8 July 2015, Prime Minister of Luxembourg Xavier Bettel will visit the European Parliament in Strasbourg in order to present to the plenary session the priorities of the Luxembourg Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
Prime Minister Bettel will be hosted by the President of the European Parliament, Martin Schulz, and will be presenting the main programme axes of Luxembourg's EU Presidency, which the country will hold from July until December 2015.
Following the Prime Minister's presentation, representatives of political parties and members of the European Parliament will have the opportunity to intervene, before the Prime Minister delivers his final conclusions.
Following the plenary session, a joint press conference will take place in the press room of the Parliament, between Prime Minister Bettel and President of European Parliament Martin Schulz.
