Lët’z Go Local is organising a Christmas market this weekend, Saturday 20 and Sunday, 21 December at 1535°C in Differdange.
This special Christmas edition, following the success of previous editions of the local markets, with over 3,000 visitors turning up last autumn, will focus on Christmas gifts, with eighteen stands of local fashion and accessory designs to local soil products.
Both days will have plenty of activities for children – with scheduled workshops throughout, and all materials provided free of charge. The ikri8 Art Atelier will hold a painting session for children aged 3 and up; Studio Mick will teach children 4 and older how to be creative to craft and create Christmas gifts and decorations; Zoom Editions will offer a book making workshop, teaching children 5 and up to make a book out of a single sheet of paper; and E/UND will hold a workshop, where children 7 and up can create little felted Christmas angels out of wool.
In addition to all of that, there will of course be festive music, and plenty of food and drinks.
Entrance to the market and participation in the workshops is free of charge.
