Following auditions on 25 May and 15 June for Miss and Mister Luxembourg 2014, the final is being held this coming Saturday 9 November at Casino2000 in Mondorf-les-Bains.
A total of 19 finalists will compete for the title of Miss Luxembourg 2014 and 10 finalists will compete for Mister Luxembourg 2014, out of a total of 221 original applicants who auditioned.
The jury is made up of the following representatives: Muriel GILBERT – Présidente du Comité National; Boubaker ALMI – Vice-Président du Comité National; Claude HAUSSER – CEO Atmosphair; Sandie LAHURE – Présentatrice RTL Luxembourg; Luc KONSBRUCK. – Huissier de justice - Etude Biel & Gallé; Kevin STAMERRA – Mister Luxembourg 2013 (no vote). The jury's vote counts towards 60% of the total marks, the remaining 40% coming from the public via SMS voting.
The winner of Miss Luxembourg 2014 will be presented with a crown by Elsa Lee of Monaco, a French designer of Chinese descent; the silver crown is set with Swarovski stones and river pearls.
