The commune of Dudelange has announced that 12th annual medieval festival entitled "Butschebuerger Buergfest" is being held on the Rue de la Chapelle on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 September 2013.
The Butschebuerger Buergfest is largest medieval festival in Luxembourg and the Greater Region and includes more than 90 artisans, musicians and other entertainers. The various market stalls offer products in authentic medieval style such as smoked fish and blacksmith crafts. On Saturday evening a very special knight tournament will entertain visitors.
The vast range of musicians and entertainers include "Steuner, Triskilian, Spectaculatias and Heidweilers". For younger generations there will also be fairytale-telling sessions.
Entrance is €8 for adults and €5 for youths and seniors (U12s free).

- Sunday 10:00 - 19:00.
