As every year, the Ville de Luxembourg offers its special "Sports for All" programme during the summer holidays, allowing residents of the capital and elsewhere to keep their shape during the summer or enjoy the summer to discover one of the many courses offered.
True to its principle, the Sports for All programme offers a variety of activities for all tastes and all ages, both indoors and outdoors, until Saturday 28 September 2013 inclusive.
The programme includes youth football sessions in the Gasperich and Bonnevoie neighbourhoods, courses on fitness machines and Beach Volleyball at the Boy Konen sports complex in Cessange, and Hip-Hop and Breakdance sessions on the Kinnekswiss city park.
Regarding the adult programme, the Athletic Department has over ten different indoor and outdoor disciplines such as fitness sessions, gymnastics, strength machines, jogging, walking, Nordic-walking, Taijiquan and Qigong, and even volleyball.
In addition, four times a week, senior residents can enjoy adapted sports activities, such as gym, Nordic Walking, seniors sports or training machine workouts.

The entertainment and sports activities for all ages are offered free of charge every day from 11:30 to 19:30 on the Kinnekswiss until 8 September 2013 inclusive (except in case of rain).
