The supermarket Delhaize has announced that it will be selling the first ever beer advent calendar in Belgium and Luxembourg.
For the first time, Delhaize is selling advent calendars for the Christmas period. However, rather than containing traditional chocolates, this calendar houses different beers for each day from 1 to 24 December.
The calendar contains 24 different beers ranging from the well-known to the more-rare, thus allowing customers to discover new beers as well.
The beer advent calendar will be on sale in Delhaize stores from the beginning of November for the price of €48.35, with some outlets offering a €10 discount.
