Due to work on high tension electricity cables this week-end on the Route d'Arlon, the ville de Luxembourg has advised motorists and other uses of the road that a mobile crane will be operated this Sunday, necessitating the partial closure of the road to vehicular traffic between 07:00 and 18:00 on Sunday 16 October.
The stretch of the Route d'Arlon affected is between the intersection of rue Federspiel / rue des Aubépines and house number 289 route d'Arlon. Traffic will still be able to use the road, but a one-way system will be in operation throughout the day, with a deviation towards Luxembourg city taking the Rue du Kiem, rue de l’Ouest and rue des Aubépines.
