The Board of Directors of the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) today announced the departure of Prof. Dr. Gabriel Crean as Chief Executive Officer.
His departure follows a meeting of Mr Crean with the Chairman of the Board, Georges Bourscheid, and his vice president, Hubert Jacobs van Merlen.
Prof Dr. Gabriel Crean joined LIST in May 2015. The Board has thanked Gabriel Crean his commitment and dedication to promoting Luxembourg as a major player in research and innovation in Europe.
To ensure continuity of current LIST affairs, Fernand Reinig, until now Chief Human Resources Officer of the public institution, has been commissioned to assume the duties as Chief Executive Officer on an interim basis.
