Med-e-Tel Conference Basis for Master Class on Social Media in Medical Education

Ahead of the Med-e-Tel 2016 conference taking place from 6-8 April 2016, a Master Class on Social Media in Medical Education will be held at 13:00 on Tuesday 5 April 2016 at Luxexpo.

The Master Class is being offered by the INSIDE Research Unit of the University of Luxembourg in cooperation with the International Society for Telemedicine & eHealth (ISfTeH) Social Media Working Group, with the aim of providing a panorama of the social media applications in medical education. The objective is to encourage participants to explore their potential and reflect on the impact and consequences of their use, especially with regard to privacy, social responsibility and the return of investment.

The session is targeted towards healthcare professionals with an interest in the topic and a basic knowledge of the use of social media. The event will take place at Luxexpo, 10 Circuit de la Foire International, 1347 Luxembourg. To register, contact info@medetel.eu.
