HOL VENTURES S.à r.l. has become the first "Bitcoin" company has been established in Luxembourg.
Fabio Gasperoni, partner of the Maprima fiduciary in Capellen, has created the first such company in the Grand Duchy by a contribution in kind of a portfolio of 54 Bitcoins.
The creation of this Bitcoin company was carried out in collaboration with Maître Renaud Le Squéren, an associate with DSM Avocats à la Cour.
HOL VENTURES therefore opens up new possibilities for financial structuring based on virtual currencies.
