The Luxembourg national curling team is currently playing at the European Curling Championships in Champéry, Switzerland, in Division C.
Having defeated Iceland and Andorra earlier in the week, Thursday saw the team from the Grand Duchy lost to Ireland 2-6 before rising to the occasion and defeated Bulgaria 7-6 in a hard-fought game.
On Friday, Luxembourg lost against Bulgaria 3-7, but gained their 4th win against Romania in another tight game, eventually emerging 7-6 winners.
After 10 games in the round-robin format event, Luxembourg won 4 matches to finish in 8th position.
