The Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce has invited local companies to participate as exhibitors in this year’s CEBIT trade fair to be held between 11-15 June 2018.

As part of the next edition of the CEBIT trade fair taking place this June in Hanover, the Chamber of Commerce is looking for exhibitors in the national pavilion that it will put in place this year. Given the strong demand from Luxembourg companies in the past, the Chamber of Commerce has also decided to extend the current pavilion in order to accommodate more exhibitors with innovative solutions to present.

In 2018, the CEBIT trade fair will have a new look and will put forward a concept that has been completely revised and redesigned to keep pace with the development of the digital economy. With more technologies, innovations and emotions, the show intends to present itself as the festival of the economy, innovation and digital technologies.

CEBIT will bring together exhibition areas, conferences and networking between exhibitors and visitors. It will now be subdivided into four distinct sections: the "d! conomy" dedicated to digital transformation; the "d! tec" dedicated to the disruptive economy; the "d! talk" dedicated to conferences and workshops related to digitisation; the "d! campus" dedicated to networking exchanges.

The amount of the flat-rate contribution requested for an exhibition space is set at €3,000 per participating company. The national pavilion will be located in Hall "d! Tec" in the "Research & Innovation" area dedicated to research and innovation. This national pavilion will be annexed to the second community set up by the Chamber of Commerce in the "Scale 11" exhibition area entirely devoted to innovative start-ups, where the Chamber of Commerce has about fifteen participating Start-ups.

Participation should be confirmed by Friday 16 March 2018 at the latest. The selection of companies will be based on the principle of "first come, first served".
