For the 2016 edition of the Eurosonic Noorderslag, three Luxembourgish bands will be joining the multi-day music event for the very first time.
The next edition of the Eurosonic Noorderslag will be taking place from 13 to 16 January 2016 in Groningen, Holland, highlighting European music through a conference and showcase festival. A platform for the exchange of European music, the Eurosonic Noorderslag has been the breakthrough for multiple bands who perform there.
Fresh from Iceland Airwaves and Bars en Trans, When 'Airy Met Fairs will be spreading their undulating melodies to an audience at the Grand Theatre Up on Thursday 14 January. Jerome Reuter's Dark Folk project 'Rome' will then hit the stage at the USVA Theater on Friday 15 January, before Luxembourgish metal band Scarred takes up the baton at VERA later that evening. Scarred has been touring consistently for the past few years, opening for bands such as Lamb of God, Mastodon and Arch Enemy.
