The Grand Ducal Police have reported that a serious road accident occurred on the CR119 on Sunday evening.
The accident, involving a car and a tractor, occurred shortly before 18:00 on Sunday 6 October 2024. According to initial findings, the driver of the car was travelling from Stafelter towards Eisenborn when he lost control of his vehicle on a bend and collided with an oncoming tractor.
The car driver sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital.
The road was closed for the duration of the rescue work. The forensic police were on-site to clarify the circumstances of the accident.
