The Grand Ducal Police have reported that a fatal road accident took place in the municipality of Habscht on Sunday 5 May 2024.
At around 12:00 (noon) on Sunday, an accident was reported in Simmerfarm (Habscht). According to initial findings, the driver steered into a small wall. The emergency services arrived on-site to find the 82-year-old man already dead.
The road was closed to traffic during the emergency operation. The public prosecutor has ordered an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.
