On Monday 28 July 2025, Foyer Global Health, the international health insurance and services arm of Luxembourg insurance group Foyer SA, announced the appointment of Delphine Icart as Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 July 2025.
Foyer Global Health said: “With over 25 years of experience at the crossroads of technology, insurance and healthcare, Delphine Icart has led several international organisations through complex transformation. Recognised for her strategic vision, collaborative approach and ability to inspire teams, she now takes the lead at a pivotal moment for Foyer Global Health.”
They noted that in her capacity as CEO, Ms Icart will be responsible for “guiding the company’s strategic development and accelerating the deployment of innovative health insurance solutions tailored to the needs of expatriates and internationally mobile individuals” and said that the appointment “reflects Foyer Global Health’s ambition to strengthen its positioning in the international health insurance market and to continue building long-term partnerships based on trust and service excellence.”
