Luxembourg's Roads Administration has announced that roadworks on the Strassen and Hesperange interchanges, on the A6 and A3 motorways respectively, will be carried out this Friday 22 January 2021.

The Roads Administration is carrying out roadworks related to the redevelopment of the Strassen interchange on the A6 between 21:00 and 23:00 on Friday. During this time, the A6 between the Helfenterbruck and Strassen interchanges towards the Belgian-Luxembourg border will be closed to traffic.

Traffic coming from the Croix de Cessange on the A6 and headed towards the Belgian-Luxembourg border will be diverted via the Helfenterbruck interchange, the N34, the N34a, the CR230 and the N6 back on to the A6 via the Strassen interchange.

As part of the development of the Ban de Gasperich, the Roads Administration will be closing off the feeder road towards the Hesperange interchange from the P+R Lux-Sud and from the CR231 and towards the A3 motorway around 14:00 on Friday.

Traffic coming from P+R Lux-Sud and the CR231 and headed towards the Gluck roundabout will be diverted from Boulevard Raiffeisen (CR231) via Boulevard Kockelscheuer. Traffic coming from the P+R Lux-Sud and the CR231 and headed towards the Croix de Gasperich on the A3 will be diverted from Boulevard Raiffeisen (CR231) to the feeder road of the Hesperange interchange and back onto the A3.
