Following the government's decision to close non-essential businesses from Saturday 26 December 2020, the Automobile Club du Luxembourg will close its Diagnostic Center, ClubMobil and customer reception in Bertrange from this date.

In order to ensure essential mobility services to members and customers, the ACL will be accessible via tel.: 450045-1, email: acl@acl.lu, the ACL website or on social media. 

ACL Bertrange: 

- road services and the call centre will continue 24/7. In the event of an emergency, the call centre can be reached via tel.: 26000 and the eCall mobile application

- existing appointments at the Diagnostic Center have been brought forward to this week where possible or postponed to a later date depending on availability

- ClubMobil, the “reception” counter and Mobility LOFT will be closed. Exceptionally and in urgent cases only, a minimum service will be provided by making an appointment from 08:00 to 18:00 at the reception counter and at ClubMobil. Replacement vehicle service will be provided. Vehicle rental is also possible by booking via tel.: 450045-6100, email: clubmobil@acl.lu or on the ACL website

To guarantee security, vehicle returns will be contactless via the dedicated key box. Requests for vignettes and other necessary mobility products can be ordered via email: acl@acl.lu. A selection of products is also available in the ACL online store on Lëtzshop. 

ACL Diekirch: the ACL site in Diekirch will be closed from 26 December 2020 to 10 January 2021.

The ACL stated that the aim of introducing these measures was to mitigate the impact of the pandemic, preserve the health of its employees and those with whom they work and maintain its level of service at the highest level.
