On Monday 30 November 2020, the Automobile Club Luxemburg (ACL) announced that they will now have motorway vignettes for both Switzerland and Austria for 2021 available from tomorrow, 1 December 2020, at their offices in Bertrange (54 route de Longwy) and in Diekirch (CNVH).
Motorway vignettes for both Switzerland and Austria are required if you want to drive in either country.
For Austria, the cost is now €92.50 for the annual vignette and €27.80 for the one valid for 2 months, with a 10 days vignette now €9.50. Motorcycles pay the following rates: 2 months €13.90, 10 days €5.50.
The Swiss vignette costs €38.50; the same rate applies to motorcycles.
The annual vignettes for both countries are valid for 14 months, i.e. from 1 December 2020 to 31 January 2022. The annual vignettes for 2020 will still remain valid until 31 January 2021.
