We are thrilled to host Healthcare Week Luxembourg in 2025 again, building on the remarkable success of last year’s second edition which attracted 3,000 professionals from both the Greater Region and the international healthcare sector. The third edition will concentrate on the influence of artificial intelligence within the healthcare sector and enable us to address the significant ethical, technological and practical challenges faced by healthcare professionals, whether in politics, research, academia, industry, startups or in practice. The healthcare landscape is undergoing significant transformation. HWL 2025 seeks to support a diverse range of professionals in understanding and leveraging the impact of AI in their work, with the goal of improving the lives of millions of patients, in hospitals, doctors’ practices and at home”, explained Dr Philippe Turk, President of the FHL.

HWL 2025 will hold a webinar titled “AI & Healthcare – From theory to practice” on Thursday 3 April 2025 at 17:00. This webinar aims to raise awareness among an international audience about the conference theme, initiate discussions and gather feedback to enrich the conference programme. Presentations will be given by: Philippe Turk, President of the FHL; Giovanni Briganti, Chair of AI & Digital Medicine at the University of Mons in Belgium; Alexandre Hébert, General Director of Medical Affairs at the Belgian health organisation Vivalia.
