Luxembourg's Ministry of Sport has reported an official change of address for the Sports Medicine Department (Service médico-sportif) in Esch-sur-Alzette.
As of Monday 21 July 2025, the premises are located within the new COHS 3 sports facility at 34 Boulevard Hubert Clément, L-4064 Esch-sur-Alzette.
Sports medicine examinations can only be performed by scheduled appointment. Appointments can be made either directly via MyGuichet (personal account) or over the phone with Ministry of Sport staff, who can be reached Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 11:30 and from 13:00 to 15:30, at the following numbers: 247-83413; 247-83446; 247-83485.
