Luxembourg Cookbook “Gladdermailchen” now available in English

A baking book designed to be easy to use for children and those with developmental difficulties is now being made available in English. Dany Jacoby-Bausch wrote “Gladdermailchen” last year and it was initially released in Luxembourgish, German and French. It's a baking book that does not use traditional style recipes with weights and measures. Instead, you use only 4 different sized and coloured cups to measure the ingredients. The cups are supplied with the book, to make things even easier.

The recipes are explained with pictograms and pictures and the text is written in short, easy to understand sentences and it costs €32.

This second edition of the book is written in English, French and Spanish, having first been released in Luxembourgish, German and French version. The first edition has already sold more than 2800 copies. In March 2016 'Gladdermailchen' received a Good Practice 2015 certificate from the 'Design for All Foundation’.
