The University of Luxembourg is inviting people to a conference which will take place on Tuesday 25 October 2016 at 10.00 entitled "uni.lu meets MIT."

The keynote speaker is Dave Shrier, Managing Director of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Connection Science. In his talk, Mr Shrier will explore some of the requirements and considerations associated with creating an Internet of Trusted Identity, where people can be sure that their personal information, identification and other data, is safe and secure. He will also present the potential benefits of such an Internet of Trusted Data, including almost everything from more secure financial transactions, improved access to personal healthcare information, to more efficient and effective government and private-sector services.
