On Thursday 29 and Friday 30 October 2026, La Coque in Luxembourg-Kirchberg will host the 40th edition of the Student Fair, organised by Luxembourg’s Ministry of Research and Higher Education in close collaboration with ACEL (Association of Luxembourg Student Unions).

The Ministry of Research and Higher Education say that the anniversary edition marks a new stage in the development of the Studentefoire, with a change of venue and an expanded concept. After several editions held on the Belval university campus, the Student Fair is moving to La Coque this year, to the Arcades exhibition spaces, to provide visitors with a setting suited to an event that continues to grow.

While guidance on higher education opportunities in Luxembourg and abroad remains at the heart of the event, the 2026 Student Fair is expanding its offering to include career prospects, as well as opportunities for young people to get involved and develop personally.

With more than 180 exhibitors from seventeen countries, visitors will be able to explore a diverse range of opportunities organised around four main areas: “Study in Luxembourg”, “Study Internationally”, “Youth Engagement” and “The World of Work”.

Alongside national and international universities and higher education institutions, associations and student unions, the fair will feature more representatives from the professional world, professional federations, companies and organisations offering opportunities to get involved in formal, non-formal and informal settings.

The aim is to enable young people to find out not only about different fields of study, but also about careers, professional opportunities and the many options available to them as they shape their personal and professional paths.

Over the two days, school pupils, prospective students, current students, parents and anyone interested will have the opportunity to speak directly with exhibitors, ask questions and receive advice tailored to their plans.

Visitors will also be able to obtain information from the services of the Ministry of Research and Higher Education, particularly the Higher Education Information Service and the Financial Aid Service, to receive personalised guidance on studies, enrolment procedures and state financial assistance.

Admission is free, and no advance registration is required. Further information can be found at www.studentefoire.lu.
