Luxembourg's Ministry of the Economy has announced an increase in the price of several fuels across the Grand Duchy.
As of Tuesday 21 July 2026, the price of unleaded 95-octane petrol has risen by 3.8 cents to €1.764 per litre (including VAT), while 98-octane petrol has increased by 4.4 cents to €1.938 per litre (including VAT). Diesel has risen by 4.9 cents to €1.853 per litre (including VAT).
The cost of heating oil has increased by 4.3 cents to €1.342 per litre. Diesel for industrial and commercial use has risen by 4.9 cents to €1.458 per litre, while diesel for agricultural and horticultural use has also increased by 4.9 cents to €1.305 per litre.
The price of LPG remains at 71.3 cents per litre, while propane remains at 74.2 cents per litre.
Fuel prices have fluctuated in Luxembourg and other countries in recent months amid the ongoing crisis in the Middle East.
