David Iachetta, founder and co-CEO of Mobilu, explained: “Joining the Arendt group is natural, relevant and promising for us. Pooling our respective strengths will allow us to continue to take the lead in a very buoyant market awaiting new solutions”.

Abdelhay Toudma, CIO of Arendt and co-CEO of Mobilu, concluded: "With Mobilu, the combined talents of our 'Tech' and 'Digital' teams allow us in this new framework more innovation and therefore opportunities to meet the requirements of agility and value creation. We are thus strengthening the expertise of the Arendt group in an essential field, that of digitalisation, while supporting it with the technological advice necessary for its proper implementation".
