Christian Heinen, new CEO of Arendt Services;

On Friday 17 December 2021, Arendt announced that Christian Heinen has joined the group as the new CEO of Arendt Services on 1 December; he succeeds Olivier Hamou, who remains a member of the company's board of directors.

After starting his career in a Big Four company, Christian held various management positions in the fund and corporate services sector on several continents. In this context, he implemented transformation and growth strategies in different cultural contexts. His last position was that of Luxembourg Country Head within a major fund and corporate services provider.

I am delighted that Christian Heinen has accepted the position of new CEO of Arendt Services. His rich experience in the sector will allow us to further broaden and deepen our customer service offering in this era of digital transformation. The board of directors looks forward to working with Christian. I would also like to express my gratitude to Olivier for his exceptional services over the past six years," said Claude Niedner, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Arendt Services.

I am very excited to join Arendt Services. My arrival comes at a time when clients are faced with ever greater complexity, resulting from ever-changing regulations and additional reporting requirements, which are putting stress on their support functions. This trend will continue. As a part of Arendt, we are uniquely positioned to provide our customers with technology-based outsourcing solutions. They can therefore count on us and continue to focus on their core activities" said Christian Heinen.
