SGG’s Group Management Board has announced that Renaud Oury has been appointed Deputy Managing Director & Market Leader of SGG (Luxembourg) S.A.
In his new role, Renaud will be working alongside SGG Luxembourg’s newly-appointed Managing Director, Jean-Marie Bettinger; reporting to him at a local level while Group Management Board oversight will be provided by Stéphane Haot, Group Chief Commercial Officer.
Renaud’s position will further entail leading the business development activities of SGG Luxembourg, by heading a team of Private Equity, Real Estate, Corporate, Family Office and Fund industry leading experts.
Renaud is Luxembourgish and a French native speaker. He is recognised as one of the key decision-makers and promotors of the Fund Services and Financial Technologies industries in the Grand Duchy, with over 20 years of experience in the financial sector.
He joins SGG from Kneip, a leading provider of regulatory reporting and investor disclosure solutions for the investment fund industry where he served as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer and Member of the Executive Board for the past 3 years. Prior to that, Renaud served as Managing Director of Cetrel Securities S.A, a subsidiary of SIX Payment Services specialising in reference data management in SaaS and BPO mode.
Renaud stated “I am truly delighted to be joining such a well-respected international firm and to be contributing to its commercial presence and brand-positioning in Luxembourg, which is already quite remarkable. I know there has always been a true commitment to quality at SGG, which really does shine through when talking to its Group Management Members and the other key senior representatives I’ve met so far.”
Stéphane Haot stated “Although we have more than half of our teams located outside of Luxembourg across 15 countries, our largest company remains in Luxembourg and having Renaud on board is essential to further ensuring that we remain a partner of choice in Luxembourg across all our client segments, while our Group continues to implement its global growth strategy.”
